For Dev,the biggest plus is that he finds Subhashree very cool to work with.She never loses her temper on the sets.Her patience and energy to deliver better is worth emulating.Her acting has improved by leaps and bounds over the years.It helps that shes a fabulous dancer, he says.

His biggest strength,as Subhashree sees it,is the fact that hes very hard-working.If he thinks he needs to get his moves in a dance right,he can even practise the whole night, says Subhashree.
Dev is a master prankster on the sets.Subhashree gets very angry if someone pulls her leg.The more angry she gets,the more fun it is.Though we are great friends,on the sets there is healthy competition between us, he says.Subhashree admires the way in which Dev has stayed grounded despite all the adulation.He knows how to handle success and he is helpful as a co-star.Dev is very focussed and that will take him a long way, she says.
